Flint came to California from Sweden and with the pedigree of the fantastic ThreePond Kennels. At an early age Flint was learning to swim, and work by following the good example of Lex. At the tender age of 16 months Flint earned his Junior Water Dog title, five weeks later he earned the Senior Water Rescue Dog title and at 18.5 months old he earned the Draft Dog title all on the first attempt and in less than four months time!
After all that hard work we turned our attention to showing. With his incredible movement that leaves spectators in awe and judges a little breathless, he quickly earned his first major. In less than four months of limited showing Flint completed his American Championship with a huge five point major, defeating dogs from northern and southern California, Washington, Oregon, the East Coast and Canada too! Flint’s show career is just beginning since he is only two and a half, I think he will make a very nice Special.
